What is your return/refund policy?

We stand behind our products. If something isn’t right, contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt.  US returns can be send it back with our pre-paid label; international customers are responsible for return shipping. The item needs to be unwashed and in its original condition. Contact us at returns@fjarn.com to initiate a return.

What is your warranty?

If you are at all dissatisfied with the product, contact us at returns@fjarn.com and we’ll take care of it. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, we’re here to help. Send a few photos showing the issue and we will get you a repair or replacement. Fjärn’s warranty doesn’t cover wear or damage caused by improper use.

The height is the most important measurement for size. Shirts and dresses are designed with room to grow, so there is no need to size up.

Waist measurement is optional. Take waist measurement 1-1 ½ inches below the belly button where pants are worn.

Your Fjärn items will arrive in a packing cube that’s ready for adventure. Already have packing cubes? Let us know and we’ll send your items in an environmentally-friendly package. Free shipping within the US for orders over $75.

If you need to return or exchange your item for any reason, send us an email within 30 days at returns@fjarn.com and we will send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost to make things right.
